a) Analysis of aggregated website visits for statistical purposes: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Regarding third-party cookies, please note that the undersigned has adopted tools that reduce the cookies' identifying power, and the third party does not cross-reference the information collected with other information in its possession;
b) Collection of contact data on the site via forms for the purpose of managing requests for information regarding training courses and services provided (see information page for more information);
c) Data provided voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
d) Newsletter: The optional, explicit, and voluntary submission of your data through the newsletter registration form entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to respond to requests (see the information page for more information).

3. Data Retention Period

The collected data will be retained for a period of time no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed (principle of storage limitation, art. 5, GDPR) or in accordance with the deadlines established by law. The obsolescence of the retained data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is checked periodically.

The processing will be carried out using: IT tools and/or paper media.

5. Nature of personal data

The object of processing is your personal data and browsing data.

6. Mandatory or optional nature of the provision

Except as specified for browsing data, where provision is mandatory, the user is free to provide personal data in the request forms or otherwise indicated in contacts with the Office to request the newsletter, informational materials, or other communications. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

7. Scope of communication and dissemination of data

The data contained on the website may be disclosed to external providers for the maintenance and updating of the servers and the website itself, and by the website provider itself. However, the data will not be disclosed outside the EU.

8. Rights of the interested party

With regard to the aforementioned data, this esteemed Company may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 (access), 16 (rectification), 17 (erasure), 18 (restriction), 20 (portability), and 21 (objection) of the Regulation.
